Double-unders,
Sit-ups.

Endurance Box WOD
3-5 x 800m, rest 3:00 between, hold splits within 2-3 seconds
Run (SS Tue, 3S OFF): 3-5 x 800m, rest 3:00 between, hold splits within 2-3 seconds.

Post time per round.

Team Capstone WOD
Snatch Grip Push Press (behind neck) 3-3-3-3-3

Rack Jerk 1-1-1-1-1
Rack Jerk

Push Presses, Pull-ups (weighted)
As many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
5 Push Presses (165/110)
10 Pull-ups (weighted) (45/25)

Post total rounds.

Inverted Burpees
50 Inverted Burpees
