Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as possible of:
5 Pull-ups,
10 Push-ups,
15 Air Squats.
Endurance Box WOD 1600m, 1200m, 800m, 400m Runs
1600 m Run
Rest 3 min
1200 m Run
Rest 2 min
800 m Run
Rest 1 min
400 m Run
Post times for each run and total time.
