Squat Clean Thrusters 95 lbs

5 x 800m (run)
Run: 5 x 800m holding fastest possible pace without slowing more then 5 sec per fastest 800. 90 second recoveries

Team Capstone WOD

Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1

Shoulder-to-Overheads, Burpees
For Time:
30 Shoulder-to-Overheads (185/125)

*Anytime you drop the bar, perform 10 burpees.
